Even though summer is officially over, the unseasonably warm temperatures aren’t the only things heating up in Philadelphia this week.

From suds with buds and days in the park to cultural celebrations, food festivals, sporting events and the opportunity to touch dinosaur fossils, there are ample options to satisfy refined tastes, pique curiosities and cheer for the hometown teams this weekend.

It’s the last chance for two of the city’s most fun (and popular) outdoor activities. Hit up nationally renowned temporary park Spruce Street Harbor Park and traveling beer garden Parks on Tap (at Powers Park in Port Richmond this week) before their last day(s) on Sunday.

This week also sees the kick off of The Franklin Institute’s sure-to-be-blockbuster Terracotta Warriors exhibition, the last Philadelphia Phillies home games of the season and fests of all kinds: Oktoberfests, harvest fests, street fests, food fests, beer fests and even a CiderFest.

Check out our guide to this week in Philly.
